After getting an estimate, you can ship your phone or tablet to us (we’ll email shipping instructions) or deliver it to our lab in Canals, Valencia– We can also come to your place.
Diagnose & Quote
We inspect your device (circuit boards, chips, power rails, etc) and run tests. Within 3 hours after getting the device, you’ll get a detailed quote and repair plan.
Repair & Test
After you approve the quote, we’ll perform the fix. We then thoroughly test (boot, run software, stress CPU, RAM, etc.) to ensure the problem is resolved.
Back in Action

We diagnose the cause before recommending a replacement. Depending on the fault, we may be able to repair the charging connector or perform component-level repair rather than replacing the entire device.

Are all replacement parts original (OEM)?
Not always. The choice depends on the specific component being replaced, the customer’s budget, and availability. Apple Devices: Due to Apple’s aggressive hardware serialization, known as parts pairing, we strictly work with either brand-new or harvested OEM parts.
Do I pay for shipping?
If you decide to ship your device to us, a shipping fee will be included in your quote. Ship and return fees are included. We’ll provide packing and address details upon quote confirmation.

If a repair isn’t possible or cost-effective, we’ll inform you. Only shipping or visit fees apply.
How do I pay?
We accept secure online payments, bank transfer, Bizum, cash, or even BTC. You pay after approving the quote. Let us know how you want to pay and we’ll include the instructions in the quote.
Do phone and tablet repairs come with a warranty?
Yes. Repairs are covered according to the Hunde Labs Warranty Policy, subject to its terms and exclusions.
The warranty applies to defects related to the repair or replacement component and does not necessarily cover new damage, accidental damage, liquid exposure or unrelated faults that occur after the repair.

Can you replace a phone or tablet battery?
Yes. We replace worn or defective batteries in compatible smartphones and tablets. Battery replacement can help when a device has poor battery life, unexpected shutdowns, overheating or difficulty maintaining a charge.
The exact replacement part and price depend on the device model.
How much does phone or tablet repair cost?
The cost depends on the device model, type of damage and parts required. Hunde Labs charges a fixed repair service fee, with replacement parts priced separately. We provide a quote before carrying out the repair, so you know the expected cost before approving the work.
How long does a phone or tablet repair take?
Simple repairs such as battery and screen replacements can often be completed quickly when the required part is available. More complex repairs, including charging faults, water damage and motherboard or microsoldering work, may require additional diagnostic time.
We’ll give you an estimated turnaround time after assessing your device.
Turnaround times depend on factors such as parts availability, repair complexity and the condition of the device. We therefore avoid promising fixed turnaround times such as “30 minutes” or “same day” before assessing the repair.
Do you repair cracked or broken phone and tablet screens?
